Would have loved to have gone for an early swim or jacuzzi before bfast and before small children arrive. The only negatives we found: 1) Pool does not open until 9am. Room had a Keurig coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Mattress was just okay - not bad, but not fabulous either. We got a room in the Lobby Tower on the 3rd floor which meant we didn’t even need to get on an elevator - just needed to walk down the hall. Signage above the registration desk should be changed so that guests are not confused.

We moved to the shorter line and got checked in almost right away. After waiting a while, a person from the VIP line who had just checked in came over and told us we could go in either line.
